Sale of Goods

These GTC exclusively regulate the sale of products processed through the online shop. They define the conditions for ordering, payment, delivery, and the management of returns for the ordered products. The GTC are enforceable against the customer, who acknowledges reading and accepting them by checking the box labeled "I accept the General Sales Conditions" before completing the online ordering process.

Customer

The customer of the website must be a of legal age and legally capable natural person. For each order, the customer must complete an order form containing specific mandatory fields to have their order considered by Cece Designs.

The information provided to Cece Designs upon opening the customer account and with each order must be complete, accurate, and up-to-date. Cece Designs reserves the right not to process an order if the above criteria are not met.

Payment, Delivery & Costs

The website offers payment options including credit card, bank transfer, and Twint. Other payment methods are not available and will be rejected.

The prices listed on the website are in Swiss Francs and include VAT applicable at the time of the order. Cece Designs reserves the right to change the prices of all products without prior notice. Changes are made for economic, legal, or tax reasons. The products remain the property of Cece Designs until the full payment is received. Credit card payments are processed securely and confidentially by Wix Payments, while payments via bank transfer or Twint are processed directly by Cece Designs. For deliveries outside Switzerland, the customer is responsible for customs duties and taxes. The associated formalities are also the sole responsibility of the customer. The customer is solely responsible for checking the import possibilities of the ordered products in terms of the rights of the delivery country's territory. Cece Designs assumes no responsibility for delivery delays due to customs checks or similar issues.

Delivery Times, Shipping & Customs Cost

Delivery within Switzerland & Liechtenstein:

Cece Designs promises to hand over the ready-to-ship order to the Swiss Post within 1-3 business days. The day of the order is considered the first day. If this falls on a weekend or holiday, the next business day is considered. From the time of shipping, the average delivery time is as follows: 1-2 business days within Switzerland through the Swiss Post. All orders are shipped with A-Post (small shipment).

Shipping Costs within Switzerland and Liechtenstein:

Cece Designs offers free shipping within Switzerland & Liechtenstein. Changes are possible at any time.

Deliveries within Europe:

Cece Designs promises to hand over your ready-to-ship order to CH-Post within 1-3 business days. The day of the order is considered the first day. If this falls on a weekend or holiday, the next business day is considered. From the time of shipping, the average delivery time is as follows: 3-4 business days according to the Swiss Post. However, delivery time varies depending on the transport company of the respective destination country and the processing time at customs. All orders are shipped with A-Post (small shipment). The customer is responsible for customs costs for orders abroad.

Cece Designs offers free shipping within Europe for orders over CHF 100.-. Standard shipping is CHF 10.-. Changes are possible at any time.

It is noted that any change of the delivery address by the customer after the order has been captured may lead to an extension of the delivery time. If Cece Designs is unable to deliver within the specified period at the time of order placement, the customer has the option, under the conditions of consumer law, to cancel the order.

Product Acceptance

Upon receipt of the product, the customer must promptly check the condition of the packaging and the delivered product. If the packaging is damaged, torn, or opened at the time of delivery, the customer must check the condition of the products contained therein. If the products are damaged, the customer must immediately notify the carrier and Cece Designs.

Guarantees & Repairs

Cece Designs offers a 30-day warranty from the order date for repairs of jewelry in case of a manufacturing defect. After the warranty period expires, repairs or replacements can be carried out for a fee. The cost of repair or replacement depends on the material and time involved.

Return of Old and/ or Broken Prudocts

Cece Designs allows customers to return old or defective jewelry that can no longer be repaired or replaced but still contains reusable materials. We use these materials to create unique new pieces of jewelry and promote the sustainability cycle of our products.

Customer's Right of Withdrawal

Before the order is executed, the customer can contact us via email to withdraw from the purchase. Once the order has been executed, Swiss law applies. Swiss law does not provide for a withdrawal period or other return rights for online commerce after the order has been sent. However, the seller is not subject to any legal obligation in this area.

Contractual Effect

The contract becomes fully effective upon completion and cannot be unilaterally terminated by either party.

Intellectual Property

Cece Designs' products, including images, concepts, packaging, product names, texts, illustrations, and photo compilations, are the exclusive property of Cece Designs. The associated intellectual property remains the worldwide property of Cece Designs throughout the entire duration.

The customer waives any reproduction or use of the product models, images, concepts, packaging, product names, texts, illustrations, and photo compilations, icons, trade secrets, techniques, or know-how used by Cece Designs. This provision applies regardless of whether a trademark, copyright, or design is protected or not.

Dispute Resolution 

In the event of a dispute, the customer must first establish written contact (with a legally valid signature and full name) with Cece Designs. This is followed by an email to cece_designs@outlook.com, clearly stating the cause of the dispute.

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

The GTC are subject to Swiss law.
